2. Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched from the warehouse, you are entitled to a full refund of the product cost, excluding any additional fees. Please note that some limitations may apply for cancellations after a certain period.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellation: For cancellations requested after dispatch but before delivery, we will issue a full refund based on the amount recovered from the warehouse, excluding any additional fees. A return shipping fee may apply.

4. Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will refund the full amount recovered from the warehouse, excluding any additional fees. 

5. Lost Packages: If a package is lost during international transit, we will refund the full product cost along with the international shipping cost, excluding any additional fees and taxes.

6. Incorrect Deliveries: For items delivered incorrectly (e.g., wrong color, size, or model), we will refund the full product cost and shipping cost, excluding any additional fees and taxes.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

7. Delivery Issues: We do not issue refunds for deliveries affected by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer or if the package is refused upon delivery.

8. Damaged Items: We do not issue refunds for items that are delivered damaged.

9. Customs Issues: Items confiscated by customs due to product restrictions are not eligible for a refund.

10. Delivery Delays: We do not issue refunds for delivery delays once the item is dispatched from our warehouse.

11. Delivery Discrepancies: If tracking shows "delivered" but you claim non-receipt, we cannot issue a refund without proof of discrepancy.

12. Personal Preference: We do not issue refunds based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product when delivered as described.
